Tender No. 120947 - Northbridge Bowling Club Redevelopment
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the redevelopment of the Northbridge bowling club, located at Warners Park, The Outpost, Northbridge NSW 2063.
The Northbridge bowling club voluntarily closed in 2015 due to low membership numbers. The club is now being redeveloped into a mixed use facility, consisting of a multi-purpose community facility on the first floor and a cafe on the ground floor. The works in this tender shall comprise the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, waste disposal and certifications required to complete the construction works for the redevelopment of the Northbridge Bowling Club. Development consent and construction certificate approval has already been obtained for the redevelopment.
Tender documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from free of charge. A non-compulsory site meeting is scheduled for 11am Tuesday, 6th August 2019.

Hard copies of Tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
