EOI - Traffic Controller/Traffic Management in Victoria

Downer is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from accredited, qualified and well-resourced Traffic Control Management companies in Victoria. This work consists of the provision of traffic control / management services for the safe movement of traffic through and/or around a road maintenance or construction work site. It also includes the drawing up of Traffic Control Plans and applications for Road Occupancy Licences. Traffic Management is currently required by several Downer Divisions teams including Roads, Utilities and Spotless. All relevant Downer Divisions can access traffic management through this contract. In 2018, across all business divisions, Traffic Management category represented circa $70M spend across the business. In Victoria, $23M spend in 2018 were divided up between 30 providers.
The contractors will be evaluated based on its responses to the evaluation criteria listed but not limited to the below. The successfully shortlisted contractors will be prequalified through the Downer Avetta platform and will be invited to proceed to the second stage of the process.
