Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 20 August 2019 for:
Fit out construction works to the interior of the former Civic Station Building including patch and repair works, new interior linings, decorative ceiling, air conditioning, electrical, lightning, data, security, automatic doors, custom joinery, fixtures, fittings, Street Line Marking and signage.

Alternatively, a compact disk is available for a non-refundable fee of $37.20 GST inclusive from the Customer Enquiry Centre, Ground Floor City Administration Centre, 282 King Street, Newcastle, 2300 or by calling (02) 4974 2030.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 July 2019 at 9am at the former Civic Station Building. Tenderers will need to enter the site via the compound entry off the back of the carpark on Wright Lane. Tenderers will be required to undertake a short visitor induction conducted by the contractor currently completing the precinct works. Please ensure all visiting tenderers are equipped with the following PPE – Hard hat, Steel capped boots and reflective vest or shit.
