Tender Description
The Weighbridge Station was historically used as entrance to the Fremantle Ports where goods and containers were weighed prior to entry. The building consists of two rooms with separate entrances totalling a combined area of 24.63m2. The property is registered on the Heritage Register and controlled by a Management Order in the name of the City of Fremantle.
The entire area, including the building, available to lease is 189m2. There are no water or sewer connections to the building.
The City advertising the property “as is” and requesting proposals for uses in line with the Guiding principles and Criteria for use outline in this RFP.
Closing date: proposals must be submitted before 5 pm (AWST) 12 August 2019
