Tender Description
Supply, install and maintain an In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) capturing driver behaviours, driver and vehicle performance and driver and vehicle movements.
Scope could include items such as:
* Capture and transfer of data via an appropriate network including Wi-Fi, Next G or satellite to a centralised database for monitoring and reporting;
* System providing automated data collection, data transfer and a reporting mechanism;
* Provision of data hosting and management and associated infrastructure;
* Installations including structuring of database with all vehicle and driver details and pre-programming of on-board computers and driver identification devices;
* Training packages to allow for ongoing programming of driver identification devices;
* Provision of a mechanism for issuing driver identification devices; and
* Technical support including for:
* Ongoing database maintenance;
* Assisting motor vehicle safety with IVMS operation and efficiency;
* Reporting;
* Managing execution and delivery of IVMS installation and decommission processes;
* Identifying, proposing and implementing further efficiencies within IVMS solutions; and
* Managing and facilitating adhoc IVMS projects.
