Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠GV Health is seeking an external provider to deliver an employee assistance program that is agile and responds to the needs of staff (including immediate family members) and managers on a range of work and personal related matters that is in line with best practice standards.

The service needs to be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Services will need to include initial first line assessment (face to face/over the phone/via video link), one on one counselling/support sessions in locations suitable for our employees to attend, crisis telephone counselling and advice/coaching for managers to assist their staff with a range of issues.
