Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Warrumbungle Shire Council (WSC) is planning to upgrade Coonabarabran Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Council requires preparation of a conceptual design and technical specifications for the delivery of the upgrade.

Pending endorsement of the concept design by WSC and Department of Industry-Water, Council intends to deliver the upgrade using a Design and Construct procurement methodology.
