Tender Description
The Agency requires the development of a user-friendly, professional, accessible and easy-to-manage intranet that meets Australian Government accessibility requirements, and is in line with the Agency Branding Guidelines. The successful supplier will be required to work closely with the Agency’s Strategic Communications Branch to deliver an initial beta redeveloped intranet by 31 March 2020.
The redeveloped intranet must be built on a SharePoint 2016 platform, which is provided and managed by the Department of Human Services (DHS) however, should not preclude a future move to SharePoint 2019, or Cloud versions.
The project will be undertaken in three phases:
* Phase 1 - Research and Design
* Phase 2 - Content Strategy and Migration; and
* Phase 3 - Technical Build, Testing, Beta, and Implementation.
Sub-contracting arrangements with other firms that may be required to provide the full service requirements will be considered and any arrangement should be outlined in your response.
