Tenders are invited for the construction of cricket practise facilities at Toorak Park comprising of:
* 16 natural turf and 3 synthetic pitches;
* Storage and public amenities building;
* Retaining walls, footings, netting and fencing;
* Public lighting;
* Associated drainage
* Soft and hard landscape works;
* 12 months maintenance and establishment period;
