Tender Description
Development Victoria is embarking on a project to create approximately 750 dwellings situated in Melbourne’s west and will be releasing four Request for Proposals (RFPs) via a Select Tender, seeking experienced consultants to provide the following services:
* civil engineering consultancy (PIMS 7118);
* town planning consultancy (PIMS 7132);
* urban design consultancy (PIMS 7141); and
* community engagement consultancy (PIMS 7147).
These consultancy services are required to design and support the delivery of the new residential community. These services will be occur in phases and run over the life of the project.
The successful consultancy will have experience in similar scale residential communities in Victoria.
The successful civil engineering consultancy must also be on the VicRoads ‘Register of prequalified contractors and consultants’ or the Victorian Government’s ‘Construction Supplier Register’.
