Council seeks a suitable building contractor for the construction of the new Overland Reserve Pavilion, Kellor East. The new two level pavilion will incorporate change rooms, amenities, storage, kitchen and social area. Commercially registered contractors with previous experience in the construction of similar facilities will be highly regarded.
