RFT - Kingston Landscape Character Assessment Consultancy
Council is currently preparing a Housing Strategy and Neighbourhood Character Study, to update local policies and apply new residential zones across the City of Kingston.
A separate and more specialised assessment of landscaping character is required to align with this work and allow for the implementation of landscaping guidelines and requirements for privately owned residential land across the municipality.
