The Tender shall be for the construction of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Site Establishment, including security fencing of construction site, provision of site office.
2. Earth Works, including mound shaping, site levelling & contouring, excavation
3. Drainage, including storm water,
4. Concrete works including construction of new path works, concrete skate pads and structures, irrigation modifications and installation of shade structure..
5. Supply and installation of water bubbler
6. Supply and installation of turf to disturbed areas.
7. Modification to existing irrigation system
8. The supply of as constructed drawings
9. Defects period
