The Scope of Work includes demobilisation (disconnection to site services and loading onto transport) of existing rental transportable buildings and installation (offloading from transport and connection to site services) of new transportable buildings at Old Mill Camp.
The Scope of Work (the Works) covers the following transportable Buildings and various site constructed verandah structures:
* 1 No. Wet Mess (12m x 12m).
* 1 No. Administration / Retail (12m x 9m).
* 1 No. First Aid (6m x 3m).
* 3 No. Public Toilets (6m x 3m).
* 1 No. Ambulant Toilets (8.4m x 3m).
* 1 No. Gymnasium (12m x 12m).
* 1 No. Recreation Room (12m x 6m).
* 1 No. Security Gatehouse (6m x 3m).
* 1 No. Linen Store (12m x 6m).
* 1 No. Ice Room (6m x 3m).
* 2 No. Diner floors (12m x 3m).
* 2 No. Kitchen floors (12m x 3m).
