The Ararat Wind Farm Pty Ltd is proud to provide the sustainable community grants fund for 2019. The fund provides financial support to promote community, social and environmental sustainability initiatives for the benefit of the communities within the municipalities of Ararat, Northern Grampians and the Pyrenees. This fund is part of the Ararat Wind Farm’s community investment program.

The total funds available for the Ararat Wind Farm Sustainable Grants Program 2019 is $65,000.00 shared across three municipalities of Ararat Rural City, Northern Grampians Shire and Pyrenees Shire. Eligible community groups will be able to apply for up to $5,000 for their project or up to $10,000 with matching dollars for larger projects.

Applications are open from Monday 1 July 2019 and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 31 July 2019 (applications to be received at Ararat Rural City Council Offices). Late applications will not be considered. Successful grant recipients to be announced in late August 2019 after all applications are assessed.
