Tender Description
The Scope of Work is for the supply, workshop fabrication, surface treatment, testing, assembly (mechanical & structural), packing, loading and delivery to Greenbushes, Western Australia of fully assembled Conveyor Truss modules.
Supply of:
Conveyors - Approximately 2,500m, (Supplied up to 35m length spliced or complete modules) All conveyor trusses (inclusive of Truss spliced modules) will be fabricated and fully dressed out including but not limited to the following (supplied by the contractor unless noted otherwise).
* Walkways, grating, handrail and kickplate.
* Idlers. (Free Issue)
* Bearings (Free Issue)
* Misc. platework items
* Skirts.
* Scrapers. (Free Issue)
* Mesh guards.
* Wind Hoops.
* Instrumentation brackets.
* Break back light poles.
* Firewater piping and supports.
* Cable ladder and supports.
* Fabricated & fully Assembled Shuttles
* Trestles (Supplied loose).
* Platform and GTU Structures (Pre-assembled - where possible).
