Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor for demolition and civil construction works for a project in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Works will include decommissioning and removing redundant services, demolition of concrete paving, and servicing the land in preparation for housing construction.

A Selective Tender will be conducted with bidders invited from an approved Register. Tender documentation including a Request for Proposal will be made available to invited bidders from 28 June 2019. The tender will be awarded on a construct only basis, with the successful bidder appointed under an amended AS2124 contract. The procurement is subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement, however the Local Jobs First Policy and Social Procurement Framework will not apply to this project.
