Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Technical Services for Sydney Christmas 2019 (with option to extend 2020 and 2021).
The Service Provider will provide a range of Technical Services for Sydney Christmas which comprises lighting, audio, staging & operation in accordance with the Specification, across the Christmas in the City event and Village Concerts across the LGA including Prince Alfred Park in Surry Hills, Turruwul Park in Rosebery, Reg Bartley Oval in Rushcutters Bay, Green Square Plaza in Zetland, Alexandria Park in Alexandria, and Pirrima Park in Pyrmont.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
Tenders close at 11AM AEST on Tuesday, 16 July 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
