Request for Tender - Landscape Maintenance Treendale

⁠⁠⁠The Shire is requesting the services of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the maintenance of all landscape treatments including turf areas, garden beds, arboriculture works, lakes and irrigation in Treendale as detailed in the tender specification.

Annual maintenance for Treendale Landscaping for a one (1) year period, commencing from 1st August 2019 to 31 July 2020 with an option to extend for a further 12 months on application to the Shire of Harvey including any price increase within the CPI range.

The Shire's objective is to produce attractive, manicured parks, gardens and streetscapes achieved by the regular and thorough maintenance of the specified areas. The expected standards for each of the areas to be serviced are outlined in detail in the specification.

The Contractor shall undertake maintenance on an annual contract basis. The Contract shall include all materials, labour, equipment and cartage as necessary for the due and proper completion of the works outlined in detail in the specification.

Tenders close at 3.00 pm (AWST) on Thursday 27th June 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.

Late Tenders will not be accepted and the lowest price submitted, or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
