Tender Description
Port Augusta City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Security and Monitoring of Council Buildings, which is divided into three (3) components:
Monitoring
On-Ground Security
Cash Transit
The Tenderer may submit a tender for either all or each component.
The Council will enter into a separate Contract for Services with separate Tenderers are successful.
The envisioned outcome of the proposed Contract/s is to ensure that Council buildings, as specified in the scope of the specification, are kept in a secure state to minimise vandalism, theft or any illegal activity and to provide a safe and secure cash transit for various Council locations.
The proposed Contract between the successful Tenderer and the Council is for a period of three (3) years, with a further one (1) year, plus one year, right of renewal.
