Tender Description
Procurement Australia, on behalf of its participating members in Victoria & New South Wales, invites tenders for respective state based large scale, grid connected, renewable generation sourced power purchase agreements.
This tender is to identify long term off-take arrangements for a nominated fixed block of energy or load following agreement underpinned by identifiable renewable generation sources located in Victoria & New South Wales for its respective state based members. The final structure sought is retailer wrapped solutions for the full duration of the agreements.
Tenders are invited from licensed electricity retailers in Victoria & New South Wales and large-scale renewable project developers only in any of the following formats:
- A consortia headed by retailer with project developer selected by retailer.
- A consortia headed by project developer with retailer selected by developer.
- Project developer only Procurement Australia to determine retailer(s).
Tenders in the following formats will also be considered on merit:
- A licensed retailer with their own project.
- A project developer who intends on obtaining a Retail Licence before the start of supply.
