Tender Description
Works to be constructed under this Contract comprise the construction of additional toilets on level one of the 280 space Alexander Street Car Park. The complex incorporating the Car Park also features a multi-level Woolworths store, five smaller specialty stalls and officially opened to the public in May 2016.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at North Sydney Council in the Ros Crichton Pavilion, Council Chambers on Tuesday 25/06/2019, commencing at 2:00pm. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.
