Tender Description
The Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations and individuals to relocate historical buildings currently located at the Ulverstone History Museum site.
To enable the development of the new Ulverstone Cultural Precinct building and surrounding landscape, several of the external buildings that have been placed on the site over the years are required to be moved.
Due to their local significance and to ensure that the buildings are appropriately gifted to the Central Coast community, applicants are invited to outline a proposed new Central Coast site for the buildings and links to their original location (prior to relocation to the Ulverstone Museum site).
The Council will support the relocation of the buildings, which is outlined in the EOI documents.
