Mosman Council invites tenders for the ongoing servicing of the following nine components for the contract for Parks and Sporting Fields. Tenderers may tender for all components or any number of components
The Specification consists of the following nine components:
· Ovals Management including outfield maintenance & line marking
· Turf Wicket Management including practice wickets
· Sporting Ovals Renovations Schedule of Rates
· Turf Management (including sporting ovals surrounds)
· Public Garden Management
· Irrigation Management
· Water Feature Maintenance
· Playground and Fitness Equipment Management
· Park Asset Maintenance Schedule of Rates
General Notes:
The details of the works required for each component are provided in the Specifications (Part C) of the contract
The contractor may submit pricing for any of the above components of the contract.
As this is a lump sum contract prospective tenderers must inspect sites to be satisfied with work requirements.
INFORMATION FOR TENDERERS
The works are to be carried out as per the Specifications, Site Instructions, Codes, Regulations and applicable Australian Standards.
All works are to be carried out during specified working hours. Works outside nominated hours will require prior written approval from Council.
The Contract is for a period of five (5) years, with review periods after year one and three at which time Council can terminate the contract.
Commencement for the first year of the Contract "Initial Contract Term" is scheduled on 4 October 2019
