Tender Description
Healthy North Coast Ltd, trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN), is seeking proposals from eligible organisations to deliver the Healthy Towns Lake Cathie Community Hub project. The Lake Cathie Community Hub will be a central location where residents can access health and wellbeing information, programs and services supported by a Community Placemaker.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents can be obtained after registration.
RFP enquiries should be directed via the online forum. NCPHN staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFP.
The RFP deadline is 3:00 p.m. on Friday 31 May 2019.
