Tender Description
The major driver for this investment in these new treatment facilities is the replacement of the current old and unfit for purpose infrastructure, there will be no increase in the current number of chemotherapy and dialysis treatment bays, this will remain at the current 10 points of care.
Also to be developed will be;
* Clinical support area’s;
* Dialysis plant;
* Suitable meeting rooms;
* Specialist consulting suites including oncology and haematology;
* Administration and staff amenities;
* External landscaping.
Key design considerations are to ensure this newly constructed facility will be inherently attractive with a calming and welcoming appearance. The building shall have close integration into the existing infrastructure and landscape.
This project has an estimated Total End Investment (TEI) of $6M comprising wholly of a funding commitment from the Victorian Government.
