Technical assistance and support services across a range of projects, tasks and expertise to help augment ICT Operations Branch.
You will be working within the ICT Operations Branch technical assistance and support services across a range of projects, tasks and expertise to help augment internal ICT teams.
This includes, but not limited to;
* Backfill internal support engineers allocated working on project activities
* Advice and assistance on solution designs
* Assistance with Netscaler migration to F5
* vCentre/vSphere current state assessment, advise on improvement and document environment
* SCOM monitoring tools assessment
* System senior technical support
