Tender Description
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is intending to release a number of Requests for Tender on Tuesday 7 May 2019 for the provision of landscape / garden maintenance services to common areas of public housing estates across Melbourne and Victoria. The Requests for Tender are separated into twenty-four different regions / contract areas. The intent of the contracts is to maintain the shared and common areas of public housing estates in a tidy and presentable manner. Typical services include mowing of lawns, weed removal, pruning and in some cases cleaning of common areas in buildings such as foyers and stairs.
