Yarra Valley Water has an extensive business improvement portfolio to support the achievement of our customer commitments as well as our productivity, customer experience and strategic objectives. Delivery of the Enterprise Architecture outcomes will require a combination of existing in-house skills and partner services.
The intention of establishing panels for service is to build close partnerships with organisations that provide the services we procure on a regular basis which in turn allows YVW to
* Provide a streamlined and efficient process for acquiring labour and architecture services by reducing procurement timeframes, contract negotiation and rates.
* Build strong relationships to support alignment with our cultural and technical fit.
* Utilise partner knowledge and skillsets as they relate to our prioritised works to achieve better outcomes for YVW.
* Leverage expertise in new and emerging technology trends to support the current and future direction of YVW
* Share our IT Strategy and current ICT environments so our partners can provide strategic input into technology decisions and investments
The panel will provide YVW with a convenient, flexible, streamlined and efficient process for acquiring goods or services covered by the panel arrangement.
