The Rotorua Lakes Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers to supply market gazebos and associated walls and accessories. The existing canopies at the Rotorua Night Market are worn out and looking tired. They are in need of replacement and refresh for the 10th anniversary in 2020.
We require 17 x 6m x 3m and 10 x 3m x 3m gazebos in the colour PMS 533 Navy with black steel powder coated frames with all black moving parts.
We require 30 x 3m x 3m walls with velcro tabs on 3 sides to attached to the above cross trusses and both legs in the PMS 533 Navy.

Proposal information required:
· Completed and signed Proposal Form
· Provide full specifications of the product offering, including a sample colour swatch which should be sent to Rotorua Lakes Council, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua, attention Brigitte Nelson by separate mail or courier.
· Provide details of your product warranty - minimum 3 years required.
· Confirm the availability of product and spares including maximum delivery period from placement of order. Products are required, delivered to Rotorua by 1 October 2019.
