Public Transport Victoria (PTV) is intending on releasing a tender for the provision of design, supply, installation and maintenance services of bus infrastructure. This RFT is comprised of three opportunities Works, Services and Box Hill Bus Deck. Responses may be lodged for one, two or all three of these opportunities in any combination. PTV does have a preference for a sole supplier to conduct all works and services providing they can deliver a value for money outcome.
Works
PTV delivers planned and ad-hoc bus stop packages (Works) which can comprise of one to 50 bus stops and are generally additional bus stops to existing bus routes. Each ad-hoc bus stop package can have bus stops in various locations throughout Victoria ie Warrnambool, Sale, Shepparton, Cranbourne etc. Therefore, for each ad-hoc package the contractor can be expected to travel a considerable distance throughout Victoria to complete the ad-hoc package. Please note past performance information is not a reliable indicator or guarantee of future volume of Works or Services.
Services:
The successful supplier will be required to:
* Maintain about 26,000 Bus Stop +/-.
* Run a yearly Schedule Maintenance program.
* Cleaning Bus Infrastructure, reporting of damage on Bus Infrastructure and updating of the asset register.
* Rectification of damage to Bus Infrastructure which is to be undertaken.
Box Hill Bus Deck
PTV is seeking maintenance and security services for the Box Hill Bus Deck.
