Tender Description
The work in this contract includes but is not limited to, the supply of labour, plant and materials:
a) Site clearance.
b) Earthworks;
c) Stormwater Reticulation
d) Road Pavement Construction and Chip Asphaltic Concrete Surfacing
e) Concrete works including kerbs, footways and vehicle crossings
f) Brick and split granite pavers
g) Provision for Utility installation by others
h) Basic landscaping and root barriers
The above list summarizes work that is included in the contract. The Contractor should note that descriptions of general and technical requirements above do not include numerous items of work, particularly minor items.
