Large Stormwater Culvert Lining

To be able to participate in this tender and access the RFX documents, providers will need to ensure they are registered. The portal is free to access and to upload submissions.

NPDC is seeking a highly qualified contractor with proven expertise in:

• Designing and Constructing Large Diameter culvert/pipe Liners (greater than 1500mm ID)

• Working in live stream environments

• Engineered solutions built to NPDC Structural Design Requirements, as referenced in Appendix B - NPDC Culvert Renewals Principal’s Requirements and Technical Specification.

The contractor must demonstrate:

• A strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) track record, aligned with industry best practices

• Robust subcontractor management and a comprehensive construction methodology

• Strong project management capabilities suited to compact and complex sites

• A collaborative attitude that aligns with NPDC’s values and commitment to high-quality outcomes

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including with mana whenua and local community
