M&OP intends to conduct a tender to identify a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to deliver Fire Equipment and Systems Maintenance at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, covering preventative maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance and call out rosters for event coverage (if required) and at other times as required.
The services will broadly be categorised as:
Fire Management Systems
Fire Indicator Panels (FIPs)
Associated electrical/wiring reticulation
Fire Detection Systems
Thermal Detectors
Smoke Detectors
Manual Call points (break glass)
Beam Detectors
Vesda systems
Fire Suppression Systems
Fire Sprinklers (Including Booster Assemblies)
Fire Hydrants (Including Booster Assemblies)
Fire Hose Reels
Portable fire extinguishers and fire blankets
Storage Tanks and pump sets
Associated hydraulic
Door sets
Fire Doors
Smoke Doors
* EWIS (Emergency Warning and Intercommunications System)
* Other fire protection systems or equipment noted as specified in the EOI or RFT to be issued at a later date.
