Tender Description
St. Thomas Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church Brisbane Inc is an Indian Community congregation. We are a Registered Charity Organisation funded fully by it's members and we operate on a Not - for - Profit basis. All office bearers are elected by the members and do not benefit financially in any way while conducting charity or religious activities
We desire to build a Church and associated community facilities located at 9-11, Middle Road, Hillcrest, Queensland 4118.
Our DA Planning application for next stages to construct a place of worship at the stated location has been approved by Logan city council.
We are seeking Expression of Interest from construction firms wishing to underake Design, Construct, Commission and Handover of the Church building and associated facilities at Hillcrest, QLD 4118.
Following reciept of expressions of interest, we will invite firms to submit a competetive tender and a formal tender document will be released
The procuring entity ( Client) will provide the master plan which the bidders will use to develop detailed design and construction drawings These plans provided ( attached to this Expression of Interest) constitute the design brief with respect to the spatial, area and functional layout requirements of the facility. Bidders are required to further develop the construction plans and submit as part of tender submission
