Expression of Interest
Expressions of interest are invited from qualified building contractors interested in tendering for the following project:
Holy Spirit College, Bellambi
Construction of a new 2 Storey Administration & general Learning Areas (GLA’s) block, demolition of two GLA’s and remediation of access and egress to an adjoining GLA block with associated landscape works.
Submission will be assessed against the following criteria:
* Company details
* Experience relating to recently completed projects
* Current capacity to undertake the works
* Business and WHS systems employed
* The proposed team
