Tender Description
Today, UNSW IT Team supports 220+ systems or services, 2500+ servers or devices, Databases - Oracle, MS SQL, public and private cloud applications - AWS and Azure, End User Devices - SOE Managed (PCs, Laptops), non-SOE - PCs, Laptops, tablets.
As part of strategy alignment, UNSW wants to uplift and align the existing patching regimes followed at UNSW to that of best in industry standards. This includes timely upgrade of software and OS, applying security updates and patching of vulnerabilities in a well-managed and governed environment.
UNSW is seeking services to resolve above issues & set in place industry best practices for its Patching Remediation Program.
