This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
CASA is seeking the services of a Power BI specialist to build reporting functionality for its service delivery transformation program.
The initial Contract term will be for one (1) month with an extension option of three (3) months. If CASA exercises this option in writing, the Contractor will be required to deliver the same Services, working in the same capacity as the initial Contract Period.
CASA ITB and service delivery transformation (SDT) program
Development of an initial reporting dashboard for CASA service enhancements program using power BI formats. CASA is expanding the use of Microsoft CRM as a content management system and the main repository for large scale processing functionality and this particular dashboard development must be able to demonstrate both client demographics as well as service delivery reporting.
