The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking to review and redesign our face to face training. The outcome we are seeking is a new blended learning design that incorporates face to face, online and on the job learning.
You will be working with the education team and have access to a range of subject matter experts.
We are seeking the services of a contractor(s) Instructional designer/learning and development professional to work with our team full time for 3-6 months develop a blended learning design for our current face to face training and to develop the online and face to face resources.
We are seeking a contractor(s) with the following skills and experience
* Blended learning program instructional design
* Content development and authoring
* Alignment/mapping content to nationally recognised units of competency
* Aged care/health related or regulatory program development experience
* Stakeholder engagement to undertake training needs analysis
