Building Quality PCA A grade building. Minimum 4.5 NABERs rating
Size of floor plate Minimum 1500sqm preferred
Building Entrance Building with 2 separate entrances or with a potential to provide 2 separate entrances (preferred)
Lease Timing Lease commencement 1 June 2020
Early Access for Fitout Access from 1 January 2020 for fit-out
Term Option 1 - Ten (10) years with two (2) options of five (5) years each
Option 2 - Five (5) years with two (2) options of one (1) year each
