Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to appoint a consultant to develop a shire-wide Lakes and Waterways Activation Plan.
The Lakes and Waterways Activation Plan will identify the current and future recreation possibilities across key Shire bodies of water. The scope of the plan will include key waterways of:
* Lake Kerford (Beechworth)
* Lake Sambell (Beechworth)
* Woolshed Falls (Beechworth)
* Beechworth Gorge (Beechworth)
* Yackandandah Lake (Allans Flat)
* Lake King (Rutherglen)
* Lake Anderson (Chiltern)
* Kiewa River
* Murray River
* Huon Reserve
* Other lesser known bodies of water
This Plan will provide a framework for the strategic development of appropriate water specific recreation infrastructure and initiatives over the next 10 years to increase recreation participation and accessibility at these natural assets.
