Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the following:
This project seeks to address the remaining sections of the library floor. During the period of closure to undertake these floor works, the opportunity will be taken to complete other improvements and maintenance.
Whilst the library is closed for these essential works, a pop-up library will be established in the nearby Market Building. The planning and implementation of this service is outside the scope of this tender, however the successful tenderer is required to commit to agreed start and finish dates to minimise the duration that the community are affected by this reduced library service.
This project is a collaboration between Goldfields Library Corporation and Mount Alexander Shire Council. The funding for this project is sourced from the Pick my Project funding program and the 2019/20 Mount Alexander Shire Council budget.
