The ACMA is focusing on building a data analytics capability over the next three years. This involves increasing the organisation’s ability to acquire, store, process, curate and analyse data, to better inform regulatory and business decisions and to provide data informed insights on the rapidly changing communications and media sector. The requirements for this project focus on the engagement of a consultancy service to: • Conduct a data strategy, governance, management, storage and curation maturity assessment to identify gaps in current practices and processes and to assess our whole of Agency analytical capability. • Conduct an audit of current data holdings across the Agency and produce a data inventory. • Conduct a needs assessment across the Agency to identify current gaps and future data requirements. It is expected that the Supplier will provide recommendations to establish/improve systems, processes and procedures to enhance data capability across the ACMA.
