Tender Description
Following an extensive review, Wyndham City fundamentally re-designed its community grants program in 2014. The adopted Community Grants and Subsidies Policy has had incremental amendments since this time to respond to contextual changes and continuous improvement imperatives.
An Independent Community Grants Review is mandated by Wyndham Council every four years by the policy.
The policy identifies the following aspects of the program requiring review:
This review will include analysis of:
1. The relevance of the eligibility criteria;
2. The effectiveness of the communication strategy;
3. The effectiveness of the application assessment processes;
4. Risk management; and
5. The links between the funded projects and Council's strategic objectives.
Every fourth year, the review will be undertaken independently and will include broader analysis of feedback from grant applicants and recipients.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the portal no later than 12.00 noon Tuesday 9th April, 2019.
The opening of the Tender Box will be conducted at the Municipal Offices immediately after the closing deadline. Late, emailed and facsimiled quotations will not be accepted. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
