Tender Description
The Principal (The City of Cockburn) is seeking the services of a suitability qualified, resourced and experience electrical services provider for provision of reactive and preventative electrical services at the Cockburn Aquatic & Recreation Centre (ARC).
All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, this Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.
The objective of this Specification is to ensure the facilities electrical systems are appropriately maintained in line with this specification, the manufacturers’ recommendation and the Principals expectations.
The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of one (1) years from the date of contract award, with Principal instigated option to extend for 1 year and an additional 12 (twelve) months thereafter; the Contract is expected to commence in April 2019.
