Tender Description
Bayside City Council seeks the services of an Event Management Company to deliver Council’s Christmas Carols in the Park.
The Christmas Carols in the Park is held annually on the second Tuesday in December, unless otherwise determined by Council.
The target demographic for the Event is local families with young children and adults who enjoy a family friendly atmosphere with traditional Christmas carols.
While the majority of the Event audience are residents of Bayside, visitors from outside the municipality are encouraged.
The Contractor is required to deliver the Christmas Carols in the Park for a contract term of 5 years.
