Tender Description
Bayside City Council is proposing to undertake streetscape reconstruction works at Avoca Street Village. The Village is located along Bay Road, Cheltenham between Avoca Street and Tibrockney Street
The current works extend from Avoca Street to the boundary of No. 267 Bay Road (approximately 56 lineal metres). There is a development underway at No. 277 Bay Road, hence the remainder of the streetscape works will be completed once the development is finished.
The project involves removal of the existing footpath materials and kerb and channel, and reconstruction with new concrete footpath, new kerb and channel along with new street furniture and planting.
