Tender Description
TENDERER Shire Council is responsible for local land use planning in the Ariah Park and Springdale Townships including that land on adjoining floodplains
Through its Floodplain Risk Management Committee Council proposes to prepare comprehensive flood studies immediately followed by a floodplain risk management study and plan for each of the study areas in accordance with the NSW Government's "Floodplain Development Manual: the management of flood liable land", April 2005.
Tenders close at 12pm AEST on 15 April 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Temora Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Temora Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted
