Tender Description
Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) requires Project Management Advisory Services to provide highly experienced, capable and qualified resources in a timely manner for ad hoc project management functions to respond to the dynamic and expanding nature of the projects and programs being delivered by RPV.
This invitation to supply will lead to the creation of a panel of suppliers with a broad depth of experience, capabilities and capacity across nominated project management skillsets and capabilities to provide services to RPV currently including Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Victorian Rail Infrastructure Program and other projects under the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority
The estimated release date for the invitation is currently April 2019.
All communications in relation to this RFP will be managed through the Tender Manager via an Electronic Data Room (EDR).
To ensure that all interested parties are kept up-to-date with information on this RFT, interested parties are requested to register nominated users to manage all communication with RPV during the RFP process.
Interested Parties should provide up to 3 contact names and their email addresses to the following email to obtain access:
RPV-Procurement@railprojects.vic.gov.au
This will enable the creation of ‘user’ accounts in the EDR.
Any general enquiries or issues in relation to this process should also be issued to the RPV-Procurement email address.

Please note that the Tenders Vic website will only be used to issue the RFP and addenda and will not be used to manage communications during the RFP process.
