ICT Infrastructure Managed Services

We are seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced companies capable of providing the following scope of works:

ICT Infrastructure Managed Services

i) Service Delivery Scope

a. Provision of end-to-end IT Infrastructure Managed Services delivered to ITIL best practice methodology;
b. Delivery of a service and commercial model that supports innovation with a demonstrated commitment to on-going cost savings;
c. Business critical Services support available on a 24x7x365 basis;
d. Support solutions that meet the requirement of both Corporate and Operational technology environments;
e. Support solutions that recognise the importance of active Cyber Security management;
f. Support model that reflects the structure and geographic spread of Western Power in Western Australia;
g. Work within a multi-vendor service environment.

ii) Technical Scope

Provision of technical Managed Services with the attributes outline in (i) within the following technical towers:
a. IT end-user Service Desk servicing all infrastructure and application environments;
b. Service Operations – providing ITIL process support at a service integration level across the technology towers;
c. End User Compute Services – support of Western Powers desktop / laptop and mobile computer and print devices;
d. Server and Database Support Services – support of Western Powers physical and virtual servers. Management of database servers, and engineered and storage systems;
e. Enterprise level Network Support and Management – support of both LAN, WAN and mobile network technologies;
f. Provision of infrastructure and Cyber security services across a complex IT/OT environment.

The Services will be required for all office locations and depots located in the following geographic regions that represent the extent of Western Power’s operations:
* Perth Metropolitan Region;
* South Country/South West of Western Australia.

We are interested in identifying suppliers that meet the following criteria:
* Can perform all of the Service Delivery Scope items to an enterprise level and;
* Can perform one or more of the Technical Scope items to an enterprise level;
* Are prepared to complete and maintain the required Western Power Safety, Health and other polices required;
* Have a regional presence and employ local and indigenous personnel.
